Women's Air Service Pilots, or WASP were a tough group of civilian volunteers who were instrumental in making it possible for male pilots to fly in combat or other duties during the 2nd World War. They needed the same warm clothing as the men because many were flying in open cockpits, in the exact same weather conditions. The Women's B-3 Suede Bomber Jacket has been modified to include a coyote fur-trimmed hood that can be removed for a versatile look. See our other historically accurate jackets and bags at Aviator Mercantile Post.
