Shipping Policy

Aviator Mercantile Post proudly offers free domestic shipping of our products and we strive to promptly process your order.

Customer service is centric to our shipping practices and we exclusively align ourselves with industry leaders to ensure our customers’ expectations are met.  While most of our hand selected products are ready to ship, we do offer many handcrafted pieces by artisans that are solely focused on quality, not quanity.  Approximate shipping times will be listed in the product descriptions where applicable. Click here to learn more about our philosophy on slow design.  

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned in original condition if the buyer notifies the seller within 15 days of the date of purchase - 3% merchant fee applies on all returns, since we offer free shipping on all items while remaining competively priced. The buyer must contact the seller.  Not all merchandise is returnable.  Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped separately from the manufacturer, regardless if there are other items in the order. While we make a concerted effort to ensure accurate third party inventories, the length of time it will take to arrive simply depends on manufacturer's processing. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 business days it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Signature at the time of delivery may be required on some purchases.  Surcharges apply in some cases in lieu of customs &/or excessive weight, which will be reflected in your order confirmation email.

Aviator Mercantile Post does not currently offer expedited shipping options at checkout.  If you need an order rushed, please contact us and we can attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the designer's inventory and policies. Expediting surcharges apply.  Please note: Expediting shipping is not guaranteed nor available during holiday season(s).

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
