Commissioned by an original Tuskegee pilot belonging to the Long Island, NY chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen and developed jointly with Cockpit USA, the first company to ever produce a jacket of this kind in the 80s, the new Tuskegee Airmen aviation jacket represents this group of pilots bravery and historical achievements. All patches are authentic to the mission, with the back patch showing all the airplanes they flew during WWII.

The inside lining has an applique that reads: Tuskegee Airmen - The Nation Salutes You! Aviator Mercantile Post is extremely proud to offer this stunning jacket that commemorates their accomplishments, not only in the skies but also for breaking through the racial barriers of the time with success.
